Good Nutrition will help prevent the common production diseases of Milk fever, grass tetany, retained placenta, displaced abomasum, lameness, ketosis, acidosis all of which have a huge effect on farm profitability. We use on farm history and records, clinical examinations, clinical pathology, forage analysis and analysis of management practices to enable us come up with recommendations to improve herd health and productivity. We can and do liaise with other agricultural professionals working in this and other areas on the farm as necessary.
